Typical Jade Group Search Schedule |
| Weeks 1 & 2: | Meeting with client to discuss position(s) in depth; Jade circulates position specification throughout internal and external network; research process begins and targeted prospects are identified through Jade's own extensive resume files, contact with possible referral sources and reference to various internet sites. | | Weeks 2 & 3: | Preliminary phone calls to targeted candidate prospects as well as sourcing of identified individuals for additional potential prospects. | | Weeks 3 & 4: | Review of resumes and primary research completed. | | Weeks 4 to 8: | Selected candidates are interviewed by Jade; candidate interviews with client are arranged; meeting with client to discuss finalist candidates and successful completion of search. | | Weeks 8 to 16: | Target date for search completion ASAP; search schedule completion is dependent on close interface with the client and client availability for candidate interviews. |
