Each assignment begins with extensive research to identify comparable companies and prospective management candidates. We also obtain client consensus on the position’s specifications, reporting relationships, proposed compensation parameters and a profile of the candidate’s salient personal and professional characteristics. We then develop and begin execution of the search plan. This phase of an assignment is comprised of telephone and in-person interviews, reference checks, the discussion of compensation packages and various other supporting services. We communicate with our clients and elicit client feedback throughout the search process.
