Dave Christopher has had a long-term career in the accounting and finance field and held several senior management positions at a major accounting firm, at a major law firm, at an investment firm and at a financial and information technology consulting firm. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and in the information technology arena as well as in the executive recruiting business.  He is the Chairman of the Jade Group.

Tom Pirosko has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience utilizing leadership skills in the areas of the development and implementation of marketing strategies, sales and marketing operating margin results and the improvement of human resources.  He is the Managing Director of Jade's Sales and Marketing Practice.

Gary Claus is well known in Pittsburgh business circles as a top flight financial executive.  He was a long-term Senior Partner in the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  He joined the Jade Group effective July 1, 2008.  He is a Managing Director. 

Paul Mooney served as Chief Financial Officer at what was formerly known as Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation for nearly 11 years.  Prior to that time, he was a Partner in the Pittsburgh office of the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.   Paul serves as Managing Director of the Jade Group.

Sarah Wertheimer has over 20 years of business experience, including consulting work for clients as well as in extensive executive search.  She serves as Jade's Manager of Research.

W. A. Baker has over 25 years of experience working in business development roles for a number of professional service firms, including a major accounting firm, a firm of actuaries and a medium-sized law firm.  He is Jade's Manager of Business Development.

Dolores Cavic served as an executive assistant to five different individuals when each of them was managing partner of a large Pittsburgh office of a major accounting firm.  She serves the same function today at Jade.
